Prior to returning full-time to the company, Matthew spent nearly two decades as a football coach, beginning in 2006. His career included stops at multiple programs, with his most recent position at Eastern Kentucky University. Recognized as a player-focused leader, he emphasizes discipline, preparation, and attention to detail—principles he now applies to building high-performing sales and marketing teams. Matthew is supported by his wife, Alex, and their two sons, Jaidan and Kingston.
